Gucheng Lake Shuibaxian are the traditional food of Gaochun region, also known as water eight fresh, including water bamboo shoots, lotus root, cress, citrus (chicken head rice), shrimp mushroom, brasenia and water chestnut, edible parts of eight aquatic plants.
