Gucheng Lake CrabFestival is one of the"National Top Ten Festivals". It starts in September, whenthe crab matures, and lasts for about two months. GuchengLake crab has obtained the China Protected Geographical Indication Product certification, and Gaochun has passed the national organic crab production, research and education demonstration base evaluation, winning the reputation of "China’s organic crab town". Over the years, GuchengLake crabs have been exported to Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Changsha, Wuhan and other cities. Some of them have also been exported to Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan,forming a wealthy industry that promote more than 50,000 farmers to farm and more than 13 industries to support.
